Experience

Louise commenced her career at Rutherfords initially as a trainee working in the Civil Litigation Department. She progressed to a Fee Earner within this Department dealing with contractual and land disputes, debt collection matters, County Court agency work, neighbour disputes, and tenancy and property matters. In 2001 Louise moved to the Family Department where she now works as a fee earner dealing with all aspects of family law work including divorce, co-habitation, ancillary relief, restraining/occupation orders and children matters including contact, residence, property and financial applications.
