Experience

Steve qualified in 1993. He initially worked in Coventry for five years undertaking Claimant personal injury work. He became a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel in 1997 and became a Partner at Rutherfords in 2003. His significant experience includes County Court, High Court and Coroners Court matters. 

Steve  advises both individual and business clients on various types of litigation and dispute resolution matters including professional negligence, business disputes, land disputes, property disputes and contractual disputes and, insolvency.
