When necessary we use the court process, always remembering that the value of money is extremely important to our clients.
The Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), which encompass all of the litigation rules and procedures, encourage the parties to consider mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Where it is in our client’s best interests we will assist them and advise upon resolution through negotiation, mediation or through the use of formal Alternative Dispute Resolution. Our approach and advice to clients will always depend upon the particular circumstances of the dispute and the client’s requirements.
