FREE INITIAL ADVICE TO BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

 Rutherfords LLP is delighted to offer a new Business Advice Service for its existing and new commercial clients.

What is the Service?

We are offering a free half an hour advice session to enable commercial clients to address legal and/or commercial issues that affect their business or private affairs. A team of specialist solicitors will be on hand to offer advice in an effort to continue Rutherfords’ commitment to providing access to reliable and effective legal advice to support businesses in today’s increasingly difficult and competitive market.  

When is the Service available?

The Service will be available on the first and third Wednesday of every month between 10 am to 5 pm, with the last appointment being at 4.30 pm.

The Service will also be available via telephone conference calls, whereby we will call you at an allotted time slot. This may be useful if you are unable to travel to our Offices due to busy schedules and/or lack of proximity to Tamworth.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes – due to popular demand for this Service we will only be able to see clients by appointment. However, please feel free to call on the day as appointments may still be available due to cancellations.

What advice will be on offer?

All types of commercial advice, including (but not limited to):
• General company and commercial legal advice
• Commercial property queries
• Advice regarding commercial disputes
• Employment matters
• Private client advice for business professionals – such as wills, trusts and estate planning

BUSINESS SEMINARS COMING SOON TO RUTHERFORDS LLP….

In the Spring Rutherfords LLP Commercial Department will be introducing new Business Seminars. The seminars will be open to existing business clients and other professionals who wish to attend.

The Business Seminars will be focussed on current and future issues that affect or are likely to affect business. The seminars will be tailored to provide general legal and practical advice. We will also be offering seminars that will deal with practical business matters such as debt recovery techniques and what issues your terms and conditions should address.
