Pre-Nuptial Agreements

Pre-Nuptial Agreements can be entered into prior to a marriage or Civil Partnership.

A Pre-Nuptial Agreement is a contract and both parties need separate legal representation. It is a way to protect property and finances.

They are not legally binding but provided they have been drafted properly they will be taken into account as one of the factors to be considered when the financial arrangements are considered.
