Co-Habitation Breakdowns

If a Co-habitation Agreement has been made this should deal with the legal rights and responsibilities of the parties following the relationship breakdown.

In the absence of a Co-habitation Agreement lawyers can assist in reaching an amicable agreement between the parties in relation to property, finances and children matters. If, however, an amicable agreement cannot be reached disputes have to be dealt with via the appropriate application to the courts.
