Pre-Nuptial Agreements

Pre-nuptial Agreements can be entered into prior to a marriage or Civil Partnership.

Again these are contracts and both parties need separate legal representation. They are not legally binding but provided they have been drafted properly they will be taken into account as one of the factors to be considered within Ancillary Relief Proceedings.
