Home Information Packs (HIPs)
You can no longer sell your house without a HIP. The Government has made it an offence to market your property for sale without a HIP, so an estate agent cannot act on your behalf unless you have requisitioned one.
Compliant with regulations - We will provide you with a HIP which complies with the HIP regulations and because our lawyers can interpret your deeds correctly the accuracy of your HIP can be guaranteed. The HIP will be owned by you which allows you to select an estate agent of your choice to market your property.
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) - whether residential or commercial, we will arrange for you. An assessor will need to attend the property before issuing the certificate. You require one when you sell or your existing tenant leaves and you get a new tenant or if you grant a new lease.
