Solicitor and partner Antony J Illsley heads the private client department and can prepare wills, provide inheritance tax and estate planning advice, give guidance on local authority assessment of care fees, handle applications to the Court of Protection to appoint deputies for those clients unable to manage their own affairs and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney.
