Wills, probate and inheritance tax
Rutherfords' Probate Department provides an understanding and efficient approach to handling estates, both for executors and administrators, to guide you with genuine expertise through the administration and to prepare the necessary tax returns and papers for applying to the Probate Registry.
The team is headed by solicitor and partner Antony J Illsley and supported by FILEX David Archer who has over 30 years experience. Antony and David can prepare wills, provide inheritance tax and estate planning advice, give guidance on local authority assessment of care fees, handle applications to the Court of Protection to appoint deputies for those clients unable to manage their own affairs and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney.
