Investment Property

We act for businesses and private individuals, purchasers or sellers of investment property and also banks in the purchase or sale or mortgage of investment properties including industrial, commercial, mixed use or residential properties or property portfolios.

Following acquisition we provide the usual landlord support services in respect of breaches of lease covenant, rent arrears and lease determinations.

Property Development

We cover all aspects of commercial and residential property development from a legal stand point and our team has extensive experience in this area. We act for both company and individual developers and also for sellers wanting to redevelop land or those who have been approached by developers. We can also advise on:

Property Management

We offer a service for small business clients of managing the collection of rent, service charge and insurance from their tenants whether that is on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. Landlord and Tenant

We act for a diverse cross-section of clients, both landlord and tenant, and can advise on a wide range of landlord and tenant issues whilst understanding the need to resolve them efficiently and quickly. We can advise on:
