Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and join Rutherfords as one of our Consultants in 2013.
Caroline is an extremely experienced solicitor, with an extensive background and knowledge on all aspects of employment law and HR Solutions.
Caroline advises on a vast range of Employment Law such as Recruitment and contract negotiation, TUPE and outsourcing advice, Discrimination Issues, Workforce restructures, Severance arrangement and Employment tribunal and appeal court advocacy.
Caroline is also a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
