New Year, New Move!

Entering a new year often comes with New Year’s resolutions, new ambitions, and motivation to make change.

The general consensus is that the UK housing market will be positively impacted during 2025, with house prices expecting to rise between 3% and 5% and with inflationary pressures beginning to ease, the Bank of England is forecasted to gradually lower interest rates over the course of the year.  However, the blot on the landscape for property purchasers will be the increasing Stamp Duty Land Tax rates due to be implemented on 1 April 2025.
