Vacancy for Conveyancing Assistant

Rutherfords LLP are looking for administrative support in their busy Residential Conveyancing Department. 

Presently the Team is made up of two Fee Earners and two Secretaries who require assistance with file opening, giving quotations to clients, processing the return of client documentation including ID checks and file closing.  There will be scope to advance skills within the department including typing and use of the Land Registry and HMRC websites. 

We are flexible on working hours but ideally would like someone who would like to work three days a week upwards.
