Natalie Mellors, a solicitor within Rutherfords Commercial Team, was recently a speaker for a webinar provided as part of Tamworth and Lichfield Chamber of Commerce support for individuals and business within the region during the Coronavirus pandemic.

As part of her presentation Natalie provides guidance and advice for commercial landlords and tenants on how to deal with and approach issues with rent payments and other matters, as well as tips on how to deal with Force Majeure clauses in commercial contracts for those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
